Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchange Policy

At Element Furniture, we are committed to delivering products that meet high standards of craftsmanship and design. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may require a return or exchange. The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted exclusively for non-customized products. These items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery and must be in as-new condition, including all original packaging and materials. Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to denial of return.

All approved returns of non-customized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which covers handling and inspection costs. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, and a return authorization must be obtained before initiating the process.

Customized Products

Customized products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Once production has commenced on a customized item, the order becomes non-cancellable and must be paid in full, regardless of completion status. This policy ensures the integrity of bespoke manufacturing processes and resource allocation.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for eligible non-customized items within the 30-day return window. The first exchange is complimentary. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded. If the replacement item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customers located within our standard delivery area, a flat return fee will be applied. For returns outside this area, the return shipping fee will match the original delivery cost.

Non-returnable Items

The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Customized products

  • Clearance items

  • Accessories

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 10 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund. Supporting documentation, such as photographs or video evidence, may be required to process the claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of return inspection.

Warranty

Element Furniture provides a 12-month limited warranty covering the following components:

  • Wood Top

  • Bases 

  • Structural Function

This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear or neglect. Improper humidity levels in home constitutes as neglect.
